These seem overly long periods of time? I received my refund on 9th Jul for a cruise cancelled on 23rd June. I'm based in UK, not sure if that makes a difference on timings

Hi. We are 'sailing' on the cruise before you out of Southampton on the 2nd August. I actually missed final payment by 10 days but they still allowed me to pay with no mention of losing deposit. I paid up as I want to get cash (not vouchers) back and am fortunate that I can spare the cash for now (but only just). However, it might be worth the risk to see how long you can push it for. Hope all works well for you.

I went 10 days past final payment date. Not intended but I do not cruise often and fully expected some kind of reminder email. Anyway I clicked link and paid up fine. I guess they have bigger issues to worry about for now but as pointed out above its still a risk

We are booked on the 2nd August out of Southampton. Zero chance of it going ahead so just wish RCL would hurry up and announce it formally. Just made final payment as well (albeit 10 days late), nothing more than an interest free loan I fear

I am due to cruise on 2nd August out of Southampton. I have already assumed this cruise will be cancelled although there is nothing official for now.

I have just realised my final payment date was 10 days ago. RCL have made no attempt to contact me nor take any payment and the payment option on my account is now 'greyed out'.

Anyone else experienced similar?
