Are these menus fleet wide? And are they just for a 7 night cruise?

I went on a 5 night Paradise cruise in 2019, and there wasn't any filet, just prime rib on the fancy night.

Can anyone tell me about this place? Can we use any of the facilities here? Also looking for golf cart rental recommendations, seems there are quite a few bad reviews bout this online.

I like browsing through a 'real' menu, it's part of dining out. Not to mention table manners.

I used to love browsing through the Fun Time as well.
