Many Thanks for your advice- finally got it sorted for the $250 OBC. After it was looked into further they admitted it had been mistakenly put through for P&O

Mine came through today showing £150 instead of $250 for our 2 week voyage on Queen Victoria  - yet it states the onboard credit for Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises is determined based on the operational currency onboard the vessel and as Cunard is dollar based has anyone else had this? Our booking confirmation shows a credit of $150

When we were on a Transatlantic in July it was a perfectly sunny day but the Boardwalk Cafe was never open once with a sign saying "Closed due to inclement weather".

The Comedian in the Royal Court Theatre even made a joke about it.

Why not show the Major Sporting events in the G32, people can drink and smoke in there and it never seems to be used at all,especially during the day

Next time on board we will become diamond members. I notice one of the benefits is a complimentary meal at one of the ships alternative dining venues.

The difference is that on Getaway fares the Grill Suite prices used to be shown but now on Saver and Early Saver all Grill Suites are marked as Sold Out. Yet they are still showing as being available on Full Fare.

I notice Grill Suites are not available on either Early Saver or Saver Fares yet are still bookable at full price.They used to be available on Getaway Fares. So what happens to the unsold suites??:confused:
