I also am surprised so many of us have not heard of cancellations for cruises that include St Petersburg. It seems cruise lines want to hold on till the very last minute.

We went ahead and cancelled our Baltic cruise ourselves.

With sanctions being imposed cruises to Russia seem unlikely.

I have a Baltic Cruise booked on Seabourn, waiting a bit to see what happens. Is it cancelled or fewer ports? I was so looking forward to my first cruise since 2019.
