We are looking at booking a cruise next November. Both of these will sail out of Miami. I'm wondering for those that have sailed both which did you like the best and why?

Just wondering if anyone was on this weeks Carnival Victory and can report on how Key West is looking?

Husband and I are cruising on Victory in November and we are really looking forward to going back Key West. Need to check on the Hemingway kitties.

With the Dream cruises we saw some of the ship, some of the ports and seemed more like a dream vacation. The smithsonian one was more technical details of the ship, the crew, with a touch of drama and some angry passengers. While both were good I looked forward to sailing on the Vista after the Dream cruises but not so much with the one on Smithsonian.

I booked with a TA, who is in the Orlando are and offices are still closed. I looked at the fare viewer and the price has dropped. Do I have to wait for her to get credit for the price decrease or can I go through carnival directly? Thanks in advance.

We decided to come in the day before and stay the night afterwards. Thanks for all the transportation suggestions. I think we will be flying into MIA instead so that makes transportation much easier.

8:35 am on Monday. The carnival shuttles don't start till 10:00am. Wasn't sure whether should wait for that or take another shuttle or Uber.

Pricing airfare for our cruise in November out of POM. Prices are nuts!!! In my search I found flights on Southwest to FLL are much better ($250 per person cheaper) than flights to MIA. We are flying in the day of cruise Monday and back out on Friday. What is the best and most reliable transportation to get us to and from port?

We have a suite for our November cruise and our baggage tags have FTTF on it and we didn't purchase it separately. So maybe that is something new for suites.

I was wait listed for the 6:00 on my upcoming cruise in November on the Allure (first RC cruise) and I checked a few weeks later and we had been moved to the 6:00. So it can just happen without D+ status.

We were in 8304 and you didn't hear much noise. Once in awhile you would hear a chair scrape from above but not a real problem.

We got a call to upgrade from an Ocean Suite to a Captain Suite on the Freedom and he quoted us $1600. I told him I could book another cruise for that.

Inspiration out of Tampa in 2005

I am looking at taking a 8 day cruise on Carnival Freedom in November and before I book a room I wanted to see if I could find out what side of the ship does the Freedom dock at St. Thomas, San Juan and Nassau. Thanks.

It is very subjective as to which is better, so they are both good. Renaissance is 2 blocks closer to a variety of restaurants. Bravo and Bimini Boatyard are the closest and are popular.
