Yeah, I heard the menu hasn’t changed in a couple years.  Considering this cruise line only started in 2021.  Our table mates, one got the vegan menu, which is not advertised.  The Tangerine sherbet is on that menu.  My wife got it because of her allergy restrictions

I would think with the length of the TA your next visit you should get the other menu (I would hope). Corn, Salmon, Shrimp, Lamb, Avacado and Strawberry.

  2. I was aboard Scarlet with the initial cabin iteration where there was absolutely 0 “decor”, “textures” and storage.

version 2.0 is great. Nice light wood tones and a few pictures over the vanity bringing in dock house vibes. The drawers in the wardrobe while shallow keep things organized. It’s all good stuff and shows they take feedback seriously.

I assume the boats are identical.  I'm leaning towards Resilient as it sounds like there are some new shows that I didn't see when I was on Scarlet.

The desk lamps in the cabin are new, curtains and closet curtain. Carpet also looks like a different weave. The furniture in the social club is identical to valiant but different than scarlet. Each ship has unique decor/artwork in the elevator lobbies. Scarlet has coral artwork, valiant coded nautical flag signals and I’ve seen resilient is the most boring just some geometric colored shapes.

  4. You’ll be funneled on the Bimini jimmini to the golf cart meat market where they will hound you to rent a busted up piece of junk for I heard $50+ dollars. Just walk or go park it at the beach club and enjoy the food, sand and water.

  5. I’ve been 2x in XL and 2x in regular Sea Terrace and can definitely say we prefer the XL.

Deck 14 fwd should be fine. You DO NOT want an XL on 8 or 9 fwd as it’s non stop case form the red room.

Did you happen to notice if there is still a ton of construction in the area that might be a block for getting TO the port/parking garage by chance?

no issues getting to the parking garage. There is construction on the causeway that takes you to the tunnel to go under the bay and into the port. But once I popped out of the tunnel, took a hard 1st left and was in the garage in minutes.

  7. 1. My wife and I were on both Valiant Mermaiden. Mermaiden out of Barcelona we were given 2 Spanish fans that had printed text for the occasion. They were also filming for a UK TV series. My wife and I also happened to be having breakfast and Richard Branson sat down next to us and talked for a while. The Mermaiden out of Miami we were given 2 commemorative coins. They were also having a mermaid competition and filming. Guinness world record comp of mermaids gathering in Bimini.

    2. We’re not huge drinkers but would share bottles of wines, few beers or marg here or there. Drinks plus some Virgin brand march were off with a ship tab of barely over $300.

    3. Usually 30-45 days out you can book restaurant reservations. Things to do list they give you a taste, real schedule doesn’t happen until on-board. Shore excursions I believe were 90 days out for booking.

  8. Has anyone been able to re-use their sea band with their name on it? We’re going on Scarlet next month and I was going to bring mine from Valiant that they had sent with my name on it.
