We set sail on Silhouette next Saturday 11th sept and our luggage labels are still showing as pending and we can not yet print at home, any ideas when these become available to print?

we are booked on the Getaway on the 25th June, Since Thursday the system has lost our "free at sea offers. dining and beverage package, also the system shows £2009.10 outstanding even though it was paid in full at he the time of booking  last month, in total £4600 was paid last month for 3 of us in a mini suite.

NCL blame computer upgrade and say the problems should be resolved by Monday!

Controversial subject I know, but did anyone else take advantage of the "Sales Promo Rate" we were lucky enough to see them on the  MSC site for the Bellissima sailing on the 4th march, but it was only there for a couple of hours as I saw, we got the Southampton to Genoa in a Balcony for £249 pp  and for and extra £220 pp  we upgraded to fantastica and got the all inclusive drinks, cabin choice etc. I have never seen these "sales Promo Rates" Before.

I don't know if anyone else has been informed yet? but I have been told today that there will be NO Cirque De Soleil shows on the maiden voyage and no show will take place before the 14th March at earliest due to technical difficulties, i am very disappointed about this to say the least.

We will be sailing on NCL for the first time in 3 weeks, we will be on the Jada with the premium all inclusive package,

does anyone have a copy of the drinks menus or know what non alcoholic mocktails etc are offered? virgin mojitos? frozen drinks etc?

We are booked on QE sailing in 14 days, but as yet we have not had a cabin allocation? we booked the saver fare but would have thought we would have our allocation by now? we still can't download luggage labels or tickets etc until this is done.

We were not on your sailing, but we were on board Oriana over Christmas & New year, and like many other passengers suffered this Flu Bug from hell, being confirmed as contracting Flu B on board and it took 8 weeks before we all got back to normal.
