I want to reply to GeezerCouple so I hope I am doing this right.  My husband, daughter and I are sailing in April and have a Family suite with butler service (which is first for us).  I will be using a motor scooter and my husband will be using a cane.  I really appreciate your information, especially about the letter.  We are celebrating our 51st anniversary and our daughter's 40th birthday.  I have always tipped our room steward as soon as we get on board so will definitely also tip the butler.  I still have a probably stupid question, but do we pay for the snacks, etc. And can the butler supply us with bottled water or do we need to order it ahead of time?  Thanks for any help. 

  2. Finally got back to sailing December 2021. I have food allergies so first day on board I contacted guest services and was hooked up with a lady that gave me the menus for the week so I could preorder my meals each night for the next day.  This included the special dining also.  It was a great help to be able to avoid foods with cheese (they often modified dishes to be without cheese just so I could try them).  I will be on the Dawn in April 2022 so plan on doing the same.
