I just attempted to purchase a few items (bubbles, room decorations, WiFi) and it says "Something went wrong and your order was not processed.  Please verify your payment information and try again." I have tried a couple of different browsers and two different computers and am still having the same issue. Card information is definitely not incorrect. Not sure what is going on. 🥲 Any suggestions (besides waiting on forever hold for Carnival)

    Additional information:

Cruise is mid July, it is fully paid off.

    I have two cabins.

Attempted to buy items for both cabins (together and separately, same problem either way).

I had this same issue.  I even called the Fun Shops twice, and they couldn't figure it out.  They supposedly escalated the issue twice and would get back with me.  Never got a return call or email or anything.  I finally had some success. The only way it would let me purchase was putting one item at a time in my cart to purchase.  Bubble for the hubs and me in one purchase.  Internet in another, etc.  I know it's a pain, but I was able to that way.  Hope it works for you!

I am not able to use my OBC to prepay my gratuities. When I click on the PAY NOW button, it only gives me the option to pay with a credit card.  We were able to buy beverages for our room, a shore excursion and specialty dining. We have a lot of OBC left so I'm confused. Any thoughts?

I have a good amount of OBC and cannot buy anything for our cruise in May.  I keep getting an error.  I've been on the phone with the fun shops 2 different times, with ridiculous hold times, to be told both times they couldn't figure it out and they would "escalate the situation" or "put in a ticket"  NOTHING.  And I'm going to be pissed if they don't fix it and the stuff goes up May 1.

Bingo !!! Done two seven day cruises on her, one out of Port Canaveral and the last out of Miami. I sure do hope they haven't changed one speck of interior decoration on that little beauty.! Loved the ship so much I couldn;t wait to do another cruise on her. she's a beaut ! (IMHO))

Going on the Valor for my first time on 4/28.  And then again on 5/26, LOL.  I cannot wait.

I think a huge mistake. Time will tell. Putting a Miami themed ship in Miami and a New Orleans themed ship in Port Canaveral makes no sense. Now if Mardi Gras moves to New Orleans? Celebration will be a two and done for us.

A new ship in and of itself is incentive enough to book.

Oh if only they would bring a new, or even newer ship to NOLA.  I mean, they've always sailed pretty full.  I mean, granted, I'd like something newer in AL, but....well, NOLA is close enough, lol

That's what I'm expecting when or if I call.  I always thought $150 was steep but was willing to fork it over.  Glad they reduced it for kids that simply aren't eligible to abide by vaccination requirements.

Oh I agree.  That $150 charge is ridiculous.  I think they made it steep on purpose.

  6. I think there may be some confusion about guest space ratio.  The higher the number the better.  It's a percentage based on tonnage vs people.  The higher the number, the more space each person has.  So, the Spirit classes have the most "space" per person, and a lot of the older ships do as well, and most of the newer ones the least amount.

  7. I've been trying to pay for some things using my OBC.  It says it is available, but when I go to purchase, it gives me an error.  Stayed on the phone forever with fun shops, to be told that she got the error too and would have to put in a help ticket.  So, I'm still stuck.

My son-in-law didn't even think about not having received his booster, he received his initial one later than all of the rest of us due to eligibility. We didn't think twice about it since he had received the first two. We all tested within the 72 hour window. He had to be re-tested at the port since he was not eligible for the 72 hour time-frame. We had no idea.

He passed so it didn't really affect our vacation but I thought I'd pass it on to others that may not have received the booster yet.

See, this is where it is confusing.  Was he eligible for his booster, but hadn't gotten it?  I won't be eligible for my booster yet for my cruise in 29 days.  I'm just going to go with 2 days to be safe.

Expecting some wild weather in New Orleans as we leave. The picture below is what our balcony looked like when we came back to the cabin this afternoon. The table us in the cabin, the chairs in storage somewhere, I guess,

PS: Don’t know why it posted upside down.

I'm in AL and saw the storms there, and then the video of the ship with the tornado.  Everyone ok?  That looked terrifying!
