We are considering booking an Alaska trip on Jewel, but not particularly interested in access to the small Heaven.

Do all non-Haven suites have (and would reasonably expect to still have in the future) the same amenities (butler, escorted boarding, etc…) bar access to the Heaven? I.e, those listed on NCL website https://www.ncl.com/why-cruise-norwegian/cruise-accommodations/cruise-suites-and-penthouses.

For example, I saw quite a few past threads about Joy (that is now listed as an exclusion) and certain cheaper suites have a vague language saying “Includes butler and concierge service in select cabins.”

Should they appear in Order History with both guests names?  My husband and I have the packages based on invoice, but in  Order History only one person is listed (me, the “primary” guest).
