  1. I posted about the same thing happening to me just last week. It gets fixed once I call and spend quite some time explaining the issue. I've learned that it changes anytime I go into my reservation on line - which has taught me to just stop opening up my reservation at all. Very frustrating! I do have a statement from them showing the correct rate, including discounts and down payment - requested that as a result of a suggestion on this board.

  2. Anyone else experienced a recent issue relating to their cruise fare that shows in your online Countdown to Cruise information? When I purchased my cruise last week, I got the BOGO savings and SAV savings. My online information showed the correct fare. Then the next day, my BOGO and SAV savings were gone and my fare was about $800 more than what it should be. A call to the Diamond Customer Service dept. yesterday resolved the issue and my online information was corrected. Now it's back to the wrong fare - and not even showing my deposit. What is going on!?
