I loved the Ship Show. Hilarious. Maybe it requires a few drinks first - although I'd probably say that about all these events lol. Food was good and drink service was prompt - unlike many other places onboard (service isn't prompt in Europe in general I find, so I rate it par for the course).
Elevators are definitely a disaster. I think one of them has been down for the entire trip - so operating at 5/6 capacity with 2200 onboard (seems like alot, I've mostly seen people report 1500-2000 on previous voyages) might explain it.
