Almost ALL vape fluid contains nicotine and they are available for most any vape.  They are also much more detrimental to one's health than smoking a cigarette.  How would a vape 'designed for tobacco users' be any different than others?

At some point all cruise will be 100% smoke free.  It will not be tomorrow, next week, or next year, but at some point it will happen just as it has happened in many states for bars, etc.  I hope it is sooner rather than later.

I don't see anything specific jumping out. Could just be a lot of conventions in town at the same time. I know they host final 4 here sometimes, maybe that timing lines up, but who knows. There's so many events that come and go it could be anything.
