  1. We did it on the MG. Each two person team was given a pork butt and all the ingredients to make a rub. Once done making the rub we slathered it on the butt. It was explained at the beginning of the class that we would not be actually smoking the butts, as it would take way too long. It was also explained that due to food safety rules our pork butts would not be used. We were then taken down to P&A where we had BBQ. It was a great class, and although we didn't get to eat what we made we learned alot. I highly recommend the cooking classes.

  2. We have done the Pasta, BBQ, Pie, and Ice Cream classes and they all were fantastic. They take about an hour each and you are assigned  two to a station and a Chef walks you through how to make food. Currently they are only available on the Mardi Gras and the Panorama.  Probably one of the most fun things we did on the ship!

  3. Just got off the Miracle on Friday. Adam (CD) said that they will cable for the outdoor screen, but due to the amount of work to install it, it will not be done during Dry Dock. They have to make numerous changes to make it fit under the canopy. He said the it would be able to be done during future cruises.
