We have an aft balcony room on the 10th floor and the service is really good in the cabin. I’ve been able to use zoom, stream live TV, etc without any issues. The only place where the wifi is having issues is near the pool area. Keeps dropping and reconnecting. Works fine right next to that in the Solarium. They might just have an AP that is acting up near the pool. 

I’m currently on Serenade of the Seas and it appears to be using Starlink now. I’ve seen speeds from 3Mbps down to 200Mbps down. 30 down and 8 up seems to be average.
