On a casino fare which does not come with any package. Frugal is the name of the game for my drinking this week 😆
Good luck. 😁. By the way, check out the sunset bar for Champagne. Last time I sailed on the Ascent, it was free on the sail away.

I don't think the alcohol would be included unless I'm mistaken?
It does with the premium drink package. Assume an up charge on any other package. My wife always wondered why her morning coffee from Cafe AlBacio was always so good. I eventually let her in on the secret.

Sailing on the Reflection in Feb. ‘25. Our first Sunset Veranda on Deck 9.
Can’t wait! First time on the Reflection. We have sailed on the Silhouette and Eclipse in the S class.

I just upgraded from classic to premium for $8.99 per day plus gratuties.
I have the all included but it will not offer the upgrade from classic to premium. Just offers the premium package only at 35%off.

We took the early train and it was a fantastic journey.

We have always booked our staterooms around the middle of the ship. How much do you feel the pitching of the ship when in heavier seas in the SV’s?

Just checked my App and the classic to Premium upgrade is there.

What we like about the Infinite Veranda is that you have the extra room and it can be enjoyed when the weather is unpleasant. When the weather is nice, slide the window down and enjoy. For me, on a regular balcony in the Caribbean, it would get way to hot to sit out when the sun was beating down on it. In Alaska, it could be cold and raining making the balcony a miserable place to be.
Try it, you may like it.

We have done two, 12 night and one 13 night. Loved them all.

On our first cruise to Alaska, the Sommelier took good care of us with our premium package. When we got home and had our wine that we were drinking at home we had the same reaction. Out with that cheap wine and our wine budget got upgraded. Same happened with our Folgers after Cafe Al Bacio. Had to upgrade our coffee budget. Celebrity has definitely cost us more after we got home.

With the promise of better wines being offered, particularly under the Premium package that we purchase, has there been a noticeable improvement in overall wine selection?
I agree that the wine quality did take a dive. Hopefully better quality wines are now beginning to make it into the inventory.

Do they still give lock tours as an excursion? I have heard that is interesting by getting the inside tour on how the locks operate.
