  1. @Miss_Confused Thank you. That does clarify things for me. Could you tell me if you could get regular (non effervescent) water by the bottle, or is that by the glass as well. Thanks again!!
  2. Could you help me understand the bottled water included in the package. I read that each person with a drink package is permitted TWO half litre of bottled water daily, and all other water would be served by glass!!! Do you recall if this is fact? I was hoping to get effervescent water, as I don’t drink alcohol but need to get the package because my husband enjoys it😊I hope I have misunderstood. thanks so much!!
  3. Hi everyone, My husband and I are travelling to Italy in early September for one month. We are flying into FCO on September 5th at 12:15 pm and ships sail out of Civitavecchia at 7 pm that evening. We haven’t booked a cruise yet and cannot fly in earlier. There are a couple of cruises we are interested in but they leave a few hours after our arrival 🤷🏻‍♀️ we have been to Rome many times but have never been on a Europe cruise. If it were a Caribbean cruise, we would never book so close to arrival time but one cruise sails to Genoa the next day and the other to Naples I believe. It really wouldn’t be that hard to get to either port if there are issues to meet the ship in Civitavecchia. What would you recommend? Also, after the cruise, we plan on renting a car for a few weeks and wanted to know if we could pick up a car in Civitavecchia and return to FCO at the end of our trip? Hi everyone, I haven't been as lucky 😞 We live in Ontario and I have been trying for days to order and re order these medallions but the only option I keep getting is port pick up 😞 We do have the plus package and final payment for our trip was made weeks ago. This is our first Princess cruise and post Covid holiday. I have had LOTS of issues with their reps for a number of different matters, and really don't want to have to call them but sadly I think it may be my only option. Is there a place on my reservation that should have my mailing address? I don't see it anywhere and I wonder if that might be the reason why I don't get the home address as an option.
