Personally we love the Chef's Table. We have done several of them over the years but the one we did on the Glory was many years ago when it was doing the Hawaii and it was then called The Supper Club with a live music and dancing. The best advise is you have to be a foodie and enjoy a 3 hour dinner. The food is always amazing and fun to try things you might not normally try. Like I said we love them 2 cruises booked and 2 Chefs Tables confirmed. Enjoy and experience life to its fullest !!!

On the Sunshine there was no band

On the Sunshine a few weeks ago I was chosen to be in the show, when we talked to the performers told us they now have shows thru playlist that are not copywriter shows so pictures are allowed. They even let us take a video. In all our cruises we don't usually do the shows but for this 70's show we went down early and were picked to be in it, way out of my comfort zone. It turned out to be a highlight of our cruise. Shows are shorter in time witch are better. I think we will start doing more shows.

Over the course of our cruises we found we enjoy late dining. Most of the same reasons most people like it not as many kids and no rush. But we also like going up to the lido buffet around 5:30 and grab some lunch meat and cheese to have on the balcony with some wine. Where else can you get that view with your wine and cheese and relax.

I believe the ships have different wine selection in the steakhouse. We usually do the steakhouse 2 or 3 times a cruise. I have found that the higher priced wines( $45-$90) are a better deal not as big of a mark up. I actually had 2 wines that were cheaper on the ship than what I could find at home. With that being said I do bring our 2 bottles that I know we will enjoy on our balcony with some cheese and crackers.

Also does anybody know what night the Chef's table is on?

On the Paradise they sold a waterproof phone bag in the photo gallery for about $10

We are on the Sunshine on Feb 11 and we are wondering if this ship has the new Chef's table menu or is still last years. We did the Chef's table in Oct on the Paradise and out of ten Chef's tables we have done it was probably one of the best dinners we ever did. The Wagyu beef was worth the price of the dinner alone.

We were just on her in OCT. It was a great cruise, there was a 3 piece violin group that played in the atrium bar most nights and they were fabulous. We also did the Chefs Table probably our 15 one and the meal was fantastic, and of course going under the Skyway Bridge at night is a great send off. Enjoy

Just beware that when they do the $50 deposit they sometimes add in a $250 cancellation fee. I have this on two of my booked cruises.

We received two sun visors on our cruise on the Dream last week. Couldn't exchange them so we gave them to a little boy and his sister. They were tickled to death. Their parents must have thanked us 3 separate times. Great gift and souvenir for the children.:)
Nice to make someone else's cruise a great memory.

We have done several aft cabins and if available the only cabins we get. The extra balcony space for us is worth the price. Great to be out back on sail away and watch the island go off in the distance with some Jimmy Buffet and a glass of wine in the sunset.:)

If you do not open and consume some of the bottles can you get the corkage fee refunded?

Thanks for all the great pics. We are foodies and winers. Haven't been on NCL in over 13 years but cant wait to try it again. It seems NCL has done more with the food over the years than other lines. Thanks for making us really look forward to this cruise.

Sailed her OCT of 1999 for a 13 day Hawaii. What a great trip. Still friends with our some of our table mates.
