Thermal Suits on the Viva and Spa Balcony Suite

Thank you. I know on previous ships the sauna for example were not co-ed. -
1. Has anyone taken advantage of the Thermal Suites on the Viva? In the common areas like the salt room, steam room, etc. are they co-ed? I would like to be able to spend time in those areas with my husband and not alone LOL 2, Are the Spa Balcony Suites worth the extra $$? Thank you.
