We managed to get through yesterday morning. My mum tried first and was on hold for ages, then my sister rang and got through after about 20 mins. Turns out the email address had been entered incorrectly so that’s we had never received anything. All sorted now and we have our voucher for next Friday. I think following the advice of staying on the line is a good plan - I guess we could have saved all this stress as the error would have been picked up there and then. My mums surname is spelt wrongly on the voucher but I’m not calling again. It’s just a missing letter so hopefully that will be fine. I’ll definitely put it in any feedback to P&O as it causes unnecessary stress. So hard when you are trying to call around working hours too.
