I've noticed a lot of cruise lines returning to these Egyptians ports, so that's a good sign. (Also La Goulette, Tunisia.) So that's a good sign.
It's unlikely there will be a perfect time in our lifetimes. So if you're not freaked out by just seeing armed security - which is all over - than go for it.
