We have used Shore Excursions group many times and have had good communication with them. No issues.  They used to offer a discount if you booked through Costco travel but that has expired.

Thanks for checking!  I tried the same website just now but am still getting the error. I was trying to book the 9:07AM train out of Civitavecchia ( Tutte Le Stazioni ) to Roma Ostensia, R 5851. Only stop is Roma San Pietro. Is there a different express train?

First off, thanks for all the helpful information in this topic!  
 

We are planning on taking the Civitavecchia express train from the cruise port to Rome on 7/20. On the Trenitalia website, the train route is visible but it says “We are sorry, this travel solution cannot be purchased on this sales channel”. Is there a different website to book tickets, or do we just need to wait?
