    Almost perfect for me.

Bacon used to have to be cooked well because of trichinosis, but that has been wiped out in U.S.

Bacon is one of those foods that people are particular about. I HATE well done bacon, others hate soft.

Either way, cruise ship bacon is low quality, I usually eat sausage instead

We were on Pride back in November. Our first cruise.
While my personal preference is crispier bacon, it was the breakfast sausage that had us questioning what in the nine hells it was. It was hot dog textured with a snappy casing and tasted odd. I've seen pictures of different styles (closer to "Brown'n'Serve") so hopefully it won't be the same on our next trip.
We also thought the pepperoni at the pizza place for our specific cruise was... very unusual in a way we didn't prefer (the four cheese pizza was wonderful).

  2. I catch grief for this, but I love watching movies at night. I made sure we could on ship.

We brought a cheap ($50 on sale) HD projector that was about 6" across and two tall, a $15 cloth screen, some magnet hooks for same, and a wire to connect a phone to the projector. With the premium Starlink internet on Pride, we could watch anything we wanted, and I think I only remember one stutter over an entire week. Our only modification will be to bring longer connecting wire.

If you have premium you should be easily able to stream it from any number of sites.

  3. Not a hill I'm willing to die on, I've worked with a LOT of credit cards. A refund -can- be processed almost instantly. The customer's bank can delay processing (usually a few days at most).
Any other delay is the fault of the vendor, in this case the cruise line. However a refund is authorized (by meeting policy, or granted an exception), once approved, three weeks is unreasonably long.
I have no idea why anyone would argue 45 days would be an acceptable amount of time for a communication response to questioning said issue.
