We are going through it right now. 5 long phone calls with RCCL since our cruise in June and we still don't have our photos. They have our photos since they sent us a PDF with all photos and asked us to pick 100. We did but there was no follow up. When we called again the next agent said that the PDF thing was "ridiculous" What the heck ??
