Thanks for replies.....We will call later today and when hopefully feeling better. Final question......Our cruise was booked using points (not cash)....Would this make any difference?

Wife and I are due to fly on Sunday for a Virgin Cruise. We booked with an access key....Points Offer from earlier this year. We have both tested positive for Covid..... Does anyone know cancellation terms? Can we rebook cruise for next year?.....We have Amex Platinum Insurance but we have flights on rewards points so our loss is only £2.00. Thanks Dan
