Historically in Sept with weather, is the morning or afternoon better to do an Alaskan excursion (lets say onto a glacier)? Are mornings in Sept a lot of fog or does the afternoon build up with clouds? Are there any similar daily weather patterns as i want to book my excursions and it asks if i want 7am or 1pm start
