Is this true? If so, that's great. We'll have four in our suite and thought only the first two passengers were eligible for complimentary specialty dinner - figured the other two would need to use OBC.

This is also a great option for Department of Defense civilian employees. My brother works for DOD and was able to book a terrific townhouse for us a couple of years ago. The rates are a little higher than for military members, but still an excellent value. We got an entire 2-story townhouse for half of what we would have paid for hotel rooms. :)
