One point of interest: this booking, when the manage button was gone, had been in the same status Darth described: it still showed "deposit needed" even though my deposit had long since been received. Now, however, suddenly this booking read "deposit received."
Interesting, but changing passwords did not help our cases. My guess is that someone at Regent went in and manually updated your booking(s) to make the required deposit match again. Then they changed your password so they could login as you and verify that the button showed again. Hence you had to change your password back to one of your choosing. If this is the case they have masked the symptom, but not fixed the underlying problem.
I called Regent yesterday, but got no satisfaction. I'll try again Monday if nothing happens.

We're having the same issue. Any reservation that has a "Deposit Received" status in MY TO-DO LIST (the right column) will have the Manage Reservation button. Those that have "Deposit needed to confirm booking" do not have the Manage Reservation button. In our case most of the onboard bookings get the "Deposit needed ..." status whenever a change has been made to the reservation. About half our bookings are now unmanageable. 🙁

Regent scheduled us to stay at Le Meridien Barcelona next Tuesday. In June we were at the Majestic Hotel & Spa. It seems Regent moves the chosen hotels around very frequently, probably based on the price they are able to negotiate.

True...but you are also not being told # of positive or any specifics because Regent (and most other cruise lines) are now keeping that information to themselves. Do you hear about cases...absolutely. Are the number of cases reported to the passengers every day...absolutely not.
On our voyage the captain has been very forthcoming and states the number of new cases among both guests and crew during his daily announcement. I hope he continues to do so.

That is certainly a possibility. I am not doubting that he said that...just wondering if Regent is standardizing what crew is allowed to say...
We've seen a small number of reported guest cases (surprise, there's no testing of guests), but there have been some crew cases. A number of new crew members have been joining, and more tomorrow. It's most likely a sensible way to keep those infected and those just isolating in a common area. It simplifies the logistics of dealing with those restricted to a suite.

We are currently on Explorer in 610 (Concierge E) and have been "upgraded" to a Concierge D on deck 7 starting tomorrow. The GM told us that they wanted to keep rooms to use for incoming crew to isolate. We had booked the same suite for both segments.

Incorrect. Because port charges are not a separate line item for Regent, there is no requirement for them to be broken out and refunded. Cruise lines that itemize the port charges, Seabourn comes to mind, may well be required to refund such charges, but Regent most definitely is not.
The taxes and fees are specifically enumerated on the travel agent invoice, but are not on the guest invoice. That said, we've never had a refund for a missed port on Regent.

Enjoying your commentary thus far!! Thanks. We board on November 15 so we're looking forward to hearing more about how (if at all) life onboard the ship has changed. Counting the days!

I spoke with them this morning. I was told that passengers do not need to wear masks throughout the cruise and passengers do not need to be vaccinated. They only need to provide a negative test prior to the cruise. This was a deal breaker for us.
I agree. We have an Antarctic cruise booked for February with final payment due in November, and if vaccines are not required of all passengers we will likely cancel and re-book later with another line that requires vaccination of all passengers and crew. We booked a nice suite and were very excited about this trip, now we're having second thoughts. 😟

@two2travel, thanks for the update! It's nice to hear from folks onboard the ship. We board on August 13 for our first ACL voyage.

Thanks for posting! We board the Constitution for the August 13 Grand New England cruise and appreciate hearing your comments. It sounds like some progress is being made. Enjoy the remainder of your voyage.

Sorry you are having a bad experience @tango223. This will be our first trip on ACL as well. As the saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. The reports so far are seriously dampening my expectations. 😟 Hope the situation improves for you!

We just left the Constitution this morning. It was not the cruise we had hoped for. I will provide more details when we get home. We had booked the Revolutionary War cruise for October, also on the Constitution, but we will be canceling.
Anxious to hear your thoughts as we have the August 13 voyage booked. Sorry it was not the cruise you hoped it would be.

It asks for a loyalty ID. Maybe they will send one with our final confirmations.
Look on your invoice from Atlas. You'll see the Loyalty # beside each guest name. We used ours to register and login.

BTW, if you are indeed on Splendor, I look forward to meeting you. My friend and I are on the grand voyage of which this is a segment.
We will just miss you two as we join Splendor in Rome for the 24-night crossing to Miami. We really should coordinate our cruise schedules. 😉

Our first cruise after the restart will be the Splendor transatlantic in November. That is quickly followed up by a Miami roundtrip in December on Explorer (formerly on Mariner), and the Panama Canal in January on Explorer. Can't wait to be back at sea! 🙂

Who is behind this new cruise company?
Without ever having sailed they have no reputation to rely upon.
I am intrigued by their Antarctica - Crossing the Circle sailing in February 2022, but am reticent to plop down a deposit without knowing if they're what they say they are.
Atlas Ocean Voyages is a subsidiary of Mystic Cruises.

Unfortunately we will not be on your voyage. We are sailing on the prior voyage -- August 13.

Thanks for taking us along. We're booked on Jazz for the Music Cities cruise July 25. First time with ACL so any info/hints/pictures you can share are appreciated.
Hi Sue,
We'll be anxious to hear how you like cruising on ACL. We're booked on a Grand New England Cruise in August. We're having to branch out a bit to get back on the water. 🙂
