  1. The menu has changed since it started.  See attached for thr most current. The menu is fixed. Except the entree.  Yiu have a choice between the 3 entrees.

However the cocktails are exclusive to spellbound and they are great.

    Hope that helps

  2. I happened to run across a chef today this evening  and he has confirmed that Love by Britto will be open on May 18.  It is only open this week to suite guest by invitation only for testing.

Yep, and they'll make them sing "America the Beautiful" as you eat dinner.

Please do. I find it hard to believe they're charging for soft serve.

Could there possible be regular sort serve and gelato sort serve at a different location?

Yes there is free regular soft serve on deck 9 I think. And then there is pay soft serve gelato on the lido. Unless you have plus or premium package.

Has anyone seen a "real" menu for Love by Britto yet?

They are still in the training and testing stage.  No real menu yet.  Today I saw the waiting crew for the first time. They had the heart logo pinned to the uniforms and heading to the venue.  They are running atleast 2 weeks behind schedule

Are regular (non-suite) pax able to see a "Broadway-type" show without a ticket? I read somewhere where the Concierge got a ticket to a show for someone. I am just a balcony so I wouldn't have a concierge,  wondering if I should cancel

Yes that should not be a problem. The area holds about 1000.  Just get there at least 15 mins early. It is the evening shows in the dome where it is next to impossible to get into. The. dome only holds 250. You need to get there 45 mins early or have reserve access. I was talking to a couple who are on the b2b and it has been 10 days and they never got in.

It's almost hard to believe since all the other Princess ships do not require formal dress in the Specialty restaurants.

We were there the first night. There clearly people there not in formal dress. Let alone casual smart.  Maybe because tonight is formal night and it was booked full?.

    2 questions:

    1. Musicians: do they have several options at a time and where

    2. Buffet: can I get my salad as I want or is it only "pre-made"

On the ship right now, first seas day for me. So Yes at this time there do have musicians placed across the ship. So that is nice.

As for salad they will custome make it for you and portion size. Just need to tell them ahead of time.  The do have display models so you get an idea of what type of salads and what it is suppose to look like.

Although I am not a buffet person, I am disappointed that there is no self serve drink machines in the buffet for juice, ice tea and lemonade.

They do have them on the lido though.

  8. If you are touring Vancouver and taking skytrain (subway) and public busses to get around. Why not get a day pass. It is only $11.25 CAD. Best bang for the buck. Otherwise you can just tap and go with your credit card on the busses and skytrain (subway).

I live in Vancouver. So if you have any questions regarding the city just post here.

  9. I have boarded on a Princess ship in Vancouver it is actually very fast with the medallion, like less than 5 mins not including the line wait.  The waiting in line part is the longest.

That being said if there are more than 2 ships in the port the place can be a zoo. And if you have large luggage you need to take them to the basement of the building. There will be signs showing where you go. The signs have a number showing the sequence you need to go through.

If you have only carry on. You go direct to princess desk at terminal get your medallion and go direct customs and then on boat.

I am booked on the May 11 sailing for 14 days and I was able to book the Spellbound for 6:30. Was a challenge with the slowness on the app. Warning, make sure you choose the right date as I messed up and then cancelled one. However now I don’t have the credit on my credit card. Did the chat but they don’t see the extra charge so hoping it comes through tomorrow.  Very excited about our trip and trying the ocean view on this ship as Royal class didn’t have that category.

I am checking the app and I don't see Spellbound as an option.  I am also on the Sun May 11.
