When cruises from Baltimore resume, does Carnival offer transfers between BWI Airport and the port?

How often are tender ports in Iceland and Greenland cancelled because of weather or ocean conditions?

Does Norwegian offer transportation between Reykjavik Airport (KEF) and the port?
