I was on the recently cancelled radiance of the seas Alaska cruise. They have issued me with FCC but my wife who doesn’t have a Royal Caribbean account is not listed. How does she get her FCC if they don’t have an email address registered with them? Or should she just sign up and call up to have it applied after the fact?

That 6 nm was the longest cruise I’ve ever been on 😆 We will be back at Canada Place to board quantum at 2pm today!

Yes, can’t wait for quantum now! Home tomorrow to pack the things we forgot before heading back to port on Monday !

We have just been told the cruise is cancelled. We disembark tomorrow.

Vancouver and the cruise ship terminal in the distance. I don’t see any activity near the ship - not sure if they are working on things underwater or waiting for parts/people? Either way people on board not sure if we will indeed end up departing tmrw. We will see. Having a good time regardless, the staff are absolutely fantastic.

Yeah the weather is fine, I live here. Funnily enough I’m closer to home now than when I boarded lol. they also just announced free wifi for everyone today and tomorrow

Overnight they repositioned us, we are in a shipyard in North Vancouver now, close to the ironworkers memorial bridge.

Yeah two days refund, two days FCC, and free booze for two days. Not very generous - hopefully they fix it by Sunday.

Marine traffic shows: Estimated time of arrival:2024-04-24 11:30 (UTC-7) this would be this morning rather than tonight, so I think it’s just not been updated. Sounds like it’s going straight to Vancouver.
