I'll also be on the Escape but not till November but, on the Jewel last November, Cruise Next personnel escorted Platinum and up cruisers to the tender for our ride. So, I hope that's what they'll be doing for the Cannes port call.

Is this really now the fact? Last year on our Alaska cruise on the Bliss, when I asked about cookies, I was told to just ask the attendants at the Ice Cream Parlor on the buffet. She asked me how much I want and I told her just 6 and she opened a locker just behind her and pull out 6, put them in a plate hand it to me. I asked why they don't display it anymore and she refused to tell me why.

Well, when I go to my next cruise in November, I will certainly try to ask and get some.

Totally agree! Why not do this for all military (active/veterans) for all nations? Especially if they are from countries that have a lot of cruising customers.

Don't know if this topic still active, but NCL is now offering military discounts to Canadian military/veterans.
