I am so happy to see this company is still doing well. We have done the Tucan Sailing 2 times, but over 5 years ago. We have another cruise in December; we hope to book it again. I logged on to CC to try to remember the name of the company: success!

We have always sailed on Carnival. :eek: AND enjoyed it. Some cruises more than others, but that is true of most similar activities.

We have always chosen our cruises based on finding the itinerary that fit our wants as our first criteria. Carnival always was the line that did that previously.

I have found a Celebrity cruise fills the wanted list this time. (wanted list includes dates, ports, and departure/return location) This time the dates were most important with departure location a close second.

Now to my question~

We are deciding between a balcony and a suite. With Carnival we have done both. In our opinion, there isn't much difference in the two room types. Is this true with Celebrity? We don't need the added space. We can pay the cost difference, but I want to know if there is really any other differences that would entice me to do so?

Looking forward to reading comments from those who have been in both types of cabins on Celebrity.

We stayed there one month ago and it was wonderful.

We took the all inclusive package and we ate lobster and drank a good Argentine wine. Everything on the grill. Extremely clean, the children enjoyed the beach and visiting the pirate galleon.
