Updated as of March 30, 2020

    GENERAL TRAVEL ADVISORY

The safety, security and well-being of our guests, crew and communities we visit is our number one priority.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation and the global health environment. With COVID-19 continuing to impact communities and ports around the globe, we have extended our voluntary temporary suspension of voyages embarking through May 10, 2020. We plan to recommence operations beginning May 11, 2020. For more information for impacted guests on these voyages, click here.

We are committed to taking all appropriate steps and actions to combat the spread of COVID-19 and are working closely and in partnership with local, state, federal and global agencies. While this may result in additional future changes, please know our teams are working around the clock to do what is right by our guests and travel partners. We continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide additional updates as they are available.

To ensure guests feel confident about sailing with Regent, we expanded Regent Reassurance to include all existing and new reservations made by May 31, 2020 on Regent Seven Seas Cruises voyages embarking on or before December 31, 2020, guests who have paid in full have the option to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit, which can be applied to any new reservation within one year on any Regent voyage sailing before December 31, 2022.

Please check back for regular updates.

  2. We are on this same cruise.  Can you please tell me where to go on the Regent site to do this?  I have three separate booking numbers.  Do I need to go through my TA?  I had emailed her earlier today for an update but have not had a reply yet.

Thank you -- so sad as this was a fabulous itinerary  😞  Hope they do it again at a future safe time.

  3. We just got back from our Celebrity Cruise -- and booked our private whale watching with Weather Permitting Alaska and Captain Greg. It was WONDERFUL. We were a group of 12, so he added a second boat -- both drivers picked us up at the dock, and we were off. As said above, we had a bit of "extras" thrown in on the way to the dock, as Greg filled us in on a bunch of Juneau background info. The boats were clean and the snacks were great -- but more important they knew where to find the whales. No breaches that day -- or bubble pods -- but lots of whales and tails! You can find them online at weatherpermittingalaska.com. We'd recommend them to anyone heading up to Juneau and looking for a private tour. And as an extra - he had a great discount going for private tours this summer!:D
