  1. Sailing in January 9n a non-Haven suite.  Called Concierge and they were extremely helpful.  Arranged all my dining reservations, Booked the production show for me, asked what three beverages I wanted in the room.  I selected orange juice, iced tea, and lemonade.  They asked about my pillow and bedding preferences.  At the end of the conversation asked if there was anything else they could assist with.

  2. I am sailing with an approximate arrival time of 7AM in Southampton England.  Nor sure how long it will take to start disembarkation or how long the travel time is to the London Airport.  I hope to use private transportation - Any suggestions would be welcome o the company I could use.  My main concern is earliest I should consider booking flights from London to Austin Texas.  Possible flight times would mean the difference of getting a non-stop flight from London to Austin or one with intermediate stop.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

  3. I am certainly ready to cruise - This is my second booking for this cruise (Had booked 2020 Fall cruise) - Now I am concerned that this cruise may also be cancelled.  Besides the possibility of the cruise cancelling I will be anxiously awaiting the announcement of safety protocols that will be required.  Wife and I are aged and have both been fully vaccinated.  Not sure how many restrictions we am willing to endue,  Any thoughts anyone may have would be appreciated.

  4. In hotel - waiting to board the Freedom - if she is docked at a location other than terminal #1 or #2 will passengers be able to board and those on board now be able to leave. Will they start debarking early since they are behind schedule. Not a whole lot of info from Carnival - I am sure someone on these boards would know.

  5. Thanks for all the helpful responses - that is what I thought but I wanted to be sure - Our booking includes $75 per passenger for dining and I wanted to decide if it was worthwhile to purchase the UDP. Since we will each have a coupon and I also get one from Casino at Sea it seems that it would be cost effective to just book other restaurants individually.

  6. I am sure this has been asked and answered previously but I cannot find the answer - there are three of us cruising in the same cabin - everyone is Platinum - according to the benefits page as Platinum you receive dining for two in Le Bistro w/wine. Also sparkling wine in cabin - does each passenger get these Platinum benefits or is it per cabin. That is only one bottle of sparking wine instead of three - only one coupon for dinner for two in Le Bistro.

  7. Thanks for everyones help - I guess the solution would be to email as stated above about a month before my cruise to request the dining venues and times I want - I am in a suite and have always purchased the UDP pre cruise previously and it went off without a hitch. This will be a new experience for me bujt I hope I am successful in securing the dates and time I request as the familiy usually has a set itinerary - eat - show - bed. I cannot understand why I cannot purchase the UDP before I sail and then have the dining credits applied once aboard the ship - but according to my PVP thata is not possible and I must ait until I board.

  8. In the past I have seen concierge email addresses posted for every ship - I can no longer find that post. I booked under the $75 per passenger credit for dining - reading where it if difficult to reserve dining facilities once on the ship due to the massive number of passengers with that package I figured contacting the concierge before I board the ship might help. I was told by my PVP that I could not book the UDP until I boarded the ship - if I did than the credit would not apply. I figured if the Concierge booked the dining facilitied I requested I could book the UDP once onboarfd and than the credit would appy
