  1. Would you mind sharing or forwarding me the list and your contact person ?

we board 25 March in Santiago, sailing through to Honiara, and were also wondering when information would be released, especially for our Easter Island stop.

    Many thanks

  2. Does anyone know if Seabourn will be offering excursions for Easter Island during the Pursuit sailings in March and September this year?

Easter Island/Rapa Nui does not show as a port when I search the Seabourn website for excursions, and phone call to Seabourn couldn't find any information either.

I would be grateful for any information

Same problem as well.....trying to enter my credit card for the shipboard payment method.

I just entered a zip code (98230 is close by to us in Blaine, WA) and goes through ok.

There's no option to choose "country".

it only seems to accept numbers, not letters- so I used the 3 digits from postal code followed by 00 and it accepted that no problem (which is also what I use when paying by ccard at gas pumps in the US!)

  4. We used GV Tours in Puerto Montt and I highly recommend them.

they answered my (many) inquiries promptly and patiently and were extremely accommodating.

our guide was excellent - informative, answered all questions, great sense of humour.

And the included empanadas and wine were delicious!

  5. We were in Ushuaia a few weeks ago and pre-rented a car with Budget- across street from port.

we drove to Tierra del Fuego Park - entrance fee can be paid in pesos or by credit card- and explored the park, taking several of the shorter walks.

the map you receive on entering is quite clear and gives details of each trail - most are one way so allow time for return. Also shows locations of parking areas, visitor centre, washrooms, etc

others from our cruise took one of the “buses” to the park and back.  They run every hour or so and have several drop off/pick up points throughout the park

We picked up car at 9.30, spent a few hours at the Park (4 walks, had our passports stamped at End of World, and went to visitors centre to see the small interpretive  Museum plus have a snack), drove back to town via the hills and ski area behind the town which gave us beautiful views over the whole bay, filled up with gas/petrol downtown and then returned the car at 4.30- just to give you an  idea of timing.

and we used credit card for all purchases so didn’t need to get pesos- most of the stores also took US$.

  6. We did Ig. on our own - allow yourself enough time for disembarking and getting to airport- it’s not too far but BA port was a little crazy last time we were there, with long lines for taxis- so have transport pre booked.

Holiday inn express Puerto Madero In Buenos Aires used to have a luggage storage- we took cab from ship, dropped our big luggage there, then flew to Ig. with just small bags. Then on return picked up bags and stayed there the night before flying back home.

Definitely one full day to do Arg. Side of falls. We stayed in town and took the first bus out in the morning and got back to hotel around 6pm. after a non stop day.

An amazing day. I even swam at the small beach on the island under the falls so wear a swim suit!

Also plastic bags to protect phones, cameras etc- you will get wet from the spray!

    Take bug spray !

Keep an eye out for toucans in the trees, and avoid the monkeys!

    Enjoy!!

  7. Can anyone give me information on the entrance way to these cabins?

Do they open directly into the lobby area or is there a hallway to give privacy from the lobby and to block the noise from Deck 5 via the open stairway ?

Thank you for any information and/or photos.
