You have a nice dog.  My Wife and I will be on the Ovation arriving Sunday September 8th and if you are at the dock we would love to pet Maggie. 

The Royal IQ app when I open it up on my iPhone says Available On Board:

Another screen says Royal IQ works without an internet connection on board ship.

If you're on board, to to the device's WiFi Settings and select "royal-wifi"

I found a video on YouTube taken from the Lions gate bridge looking directly down as the Ovation of the Seas passes underneath.

They are removing the Kung FU Noodle Shop and replacing it with the Fish and Chips restaurant.
