I wanted to update that all of my money did appear in my account the next day [emoji4]

I'm in Mobile and I have been told to hold on to my cards because they were not adding to my accounts but to wait until we embark and the system should update. Hope this is true!!
I tried to add my 3 physical gift cards at the kiosk first and they came up showing a 0 balance so I went to guest services afterwards.

We have the Cheers package and kids (16 and 21) have the Bubbles. Darn right I'll be getting a premium coffee beverage or milkshake each day for my daughter if she wants since I don't drink either. My wife will do that same for our 21 year old.
No need for any replies - just telling the OP what we are doing. Not interested if anyone agrees or disagrees.
Is your 21 yo in a separate cabin? This is why we won't get cheers, our newly 21 yo (July 2) had to have it to since he is in our cabin.

There were three of us on our last cruise (2 adults, 1 child) and we each got a bottle of water. It is supposed to be only based on VIFP status, not age.
Thank you!

I have a water related question. I usually travel with my mom and two daughters, and we are all VIFP. So how come we only get two of the big bottles of water in our cabin? I have never understood this.
I was just fixing to ask about this.....will all four of us get a liter of water on our next cruise? We have all sailed the same number of days so should all get the same "perk" just wasn't sure if we all would.

Ok thanks! I held onto them because I wasn't sure. I'll figure out which ones still have balances on them.

I had $500 in gc and owed $250 for gratuities. I entered all 5 of the codes on my booking. Where will my overage show up on my account?

My gratuities were $250 and I put $500 of gift cards on my account online. Where do I see my credit?

I booked the casino rate also when it showed up as an option for my booking. I later emailed asking if there was any kind of "perks" that came with it and this is the response I got:
We show that you have booked the PZ1 Casino Rate promotion. This offer provides an extremely low rate. We don't currently have any other perks or benefits associated with the booking. We have forwarded a copy of the confirmation so you can review the detailed promotion terms and conditions in case you have any questions.
So no casino cash or obc with mine and I would guess that unless it is mentioned in your offer than you are just getting the low rate. I will say that with fareviewer I have not noticed a rate within $300 of what we booked ours at. So it has been a good rate to have.

No, my 6'3" son did not sleep on it. It was for our friends much shorter daughter but we made him lay on it so we could take the picture [emoji23]

We never pre-pay the gratuities. They are always automatically added to our account once onboard. What isn't covered in OBC - or by any gift card deposited into the onboard account - is charged to our credit card which I pay shortly after our return. :)
That makes perfect sense [emoji4] I have always just prepaid. Thank you!!

Awesome! Thank you! I went in yesterday and took them off and man did I feel guilty so I put them back on. [emoji23] was just scared to remove them since I didn't know if I could re add them at a later date!

Ok, have sailed on Carnival several times and now have a question. I bought $500 worth of gift cards from Allstate and "thought" I had requested email delivery but apparently I didn't. My final payment is due on May 25 and I won't have the gift cards yet. My question is....can I remove my prepaid gratuities and then add them back on when I get the gift cards and use the GC to pay them? This will make my final payment obviously less and will then leave me about $250 OBC. If I thought we would spend $500 on board, and we may do it [emoji6] then this would be a non issue. I guess I could always just cash it out on last night of cruise. Sorry, just figuring this out as I type [emoji4]

Well, I'm sure I hit email but I never received anything so I hope they are being mailed [emoji57]

They don't email them, they send you physical cards.
Thanks, yeah, I am now aware that this was aarp gc thread. I actually went through Allstate to get mine but wasn't sure when they would be sent to me. Thanks for responding to me [emoji4]

How about camp carnival for 12-14 years olds daily activites??
Had some friends have to back out and now my daughter won't have a running buddy. Luckily she is social but just wondering what kind of things they do have planned for this age group. If anyone could send me pics of those I'd appreciate it!

Would anyone consider emailing me pictures of these?
Thanks in advance!

My two (18yo Boy and 13 yo Girl) would kill each other if they were booked together. So guess I'm stuck with them until sister can quit aggravating brother. Someone please tell me that she will outgrow this!!!!

Yeah, we were hoping they were still on Elation. We saw them there a few years back. My husband would close the place down with them each night!!

I booked ES in February. End of March, I sent in for a $40 price drop with the "kid sail fee" promo they had. This past Tuesday, I sent in for the more=merrier which was a $280 savings and got the OBC the next day.
I have always thought it was that once you booked ES, you stayed as that.
Hope it all works out for you, I would be sick if there was an opportunity to get $1000 and i was unable to get it.
