Went on  to RCCL Harmony of the Seas  10/20/18 and all the old posts except for 1 are gone.  What's up?

I would recommend not using this guide service. They required a deposit. The Royal Princess could get into the port until Winds died down and tide was correct which was late into the evening. We had an 8:30 tour which we could obviously not make. The captain announced at 8:15 AM we weren't going into port.

GMC refused to return deposit. This was the firs and last time I will deposit a tour. GMC claims all tour operators require deposits.

I've never heard of a tour operator not refunding if ship doesn't get in.
