Be sure to check your flights with Princess. Looked at mine yesterday (Air France through Delta) and our flight home had been cancelled. I called Princess and their air department fixed everything & I was able to go online & get our original seats back. Woman I talked to said that it was a good thing that I called....sheesh!

We were able to upsell to a full suite for only $500. Keep looking!

I thought Princess stopped offering free internet for elite members.

The only time I have ever called and asked for an up sell the suite was only $500 more than the mini suite that we had booked. It’s a very port intensive sailing with only one sea day. Maybe that was why there was one available? Lucky us! British Isles on the Royal/with Liverpool 8/5/18.

Embassy Suites in FLL

Miami is a lot more expensive than FLL. Embassy Suites offers a nice package that includes a managers special with free cocktails & snacks each night. A full breakfast in the mornings, and a nice room with a bedroom & living room area. We stayed at Loews in Miami where a glass of wine was $15...burger $25...

Haven't cruised for 5 years, but we used to bring it on in checked luggage

Oh! always wait for the elevator to empty...stand to the side, before trying to enter. I don't think that the majority of people that do this are rude, just excited to get to the next "thing". But please allow those to get out. Thanks, Jan

We have several and there is not an experiation date listed, but I'm sure they could stop us using the old cards by printing new ones to be used only on certain ships/or by date.

Surprisingly, it is not well attended :confused:. We go almost every night and find it very relaxing way to spend before dinner at 8:15.

I have a family cruise planned for this October and I am a little nervous about the time of year (weather-wise). We are going to the Western Caribbean. If anyone has cruised here before in October, could you please share your weather experiences? Good or bad! Thanks! :D

Hey neighbor:) , we have a condo in Pawleys Island! We have cruised in the fall & not had a problem. The ships are pretty good at getting out of the way, but you know how fall can be. Be sure to take seasickness tabs just in case.

We booked Princess air but not transfers. We want to use the pool/beach facilities of the hotel and wait later in the day before boarding.

You would be most happy booking a room to use pre & post cruise. Look online for the best deal & just pay for it:) . The heat & humidity almost takes your breath away & there is no air conditioning at the airport. You're going all that way...you might as well go for the best time & be ready for that loooong flight. Plus EVERYTHING is expensive in Tahati.
