There has been a change and they actually have a department that deals with it but they haven't gotten back to me.

I have a cruise rewards which is due to expire in February and not looking for a cruise between now and then. I have called NCL Travel Rewards line and also sent them an email and have not heard anything. Anybody out there taken advantage of this and if so how did you go about doing it and how long of an extension do they give you?

I purchased a Cruise Rewards almost 4 years ago and haven't used it. I have been informed that you can now get an extension. I called and left a message and also have sent an email to the proper department. I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone gotten an extension and if so for how long - hoping to cruise this summer to Alaska.
