We called our TA yesterday to try to move our February 3 cruise to next year.  No way says Regent.  They did allow us to put the money towards our June cruise to the Adriatic, but who knows if that will go?   We still don't know if we can keep our future cruise credits that we used from an Alaskan cruise that was canceled last year.   Now to cancel our flight.  Last time we let an airline book our flight from IAH to MiA they routed us through Charlotte.  We much prefer to fly direct!!

I don’t blame HAL for not refunding my money.  Not having insurance (first time ever) was my fault BUT they should credit me with the cruise since I paid fully for it and canceled in time for them to sell it again.  That was my point 

We were scheduled to sail on Koningsdam on July 29.  For the first time I had mo insurance.  Wouldn’t you know I fell and ended up in the hospital for a very long stay with skin graft. No cruise for us so we are out $8300+.  HAL won’t budge and then won’t even give us credit for the cruise.  They sell a Neptune Suite twice and we get nothing but. $115 back in taxes. I say unfair.
