Anyone know how to contact the Maitre D' on the pride via email? I have a question and request for our upcoming cruise, and I do not want to wait till we board to ask him if at all possible.
Thanks

we had a group get together in the parking lot line... let the party begin... :) :)

The only other costs on HMC are if you buy something at one of the shops. There is a free lunch BBQ. Of course your drinks will be a fee, the cheers program doesn't work on HMC, just on the ship only.
As for bartenders on HMC servicing cabanas, I have seen a few, but they were very few and far between. We have always been down past #9 Cabana, less crowds so maybe the bartenders just didn't come down that far.

Yes I agree, I was very polite when I called because it was my error not them, the lady I spoke with was very nice and she said no problem and walla.... my refund was placed back on my credit card

We did the same thing by accident, we called and they refunded our $100 without question.
Call the number on the certificate,

The parking lot is NOT covered in Baltimore. We have sailed on the Pride 2 times from Baltimore and our 3rd is coming up in June. :)
Unless things have changed since our last trip in 2011, parking is / was very easy, when you come into the lot (we got there about 10am), once we waited a bit another time we drove right into the lot. The opening times of the lot depend on what time the ship gets back in, since people have to leave the ship and the parking lot before more cars can be left into the lot.
You will follow the signs and drive right up near the ship, they will take all your luggage for you. Do NOT give them your carry on luggage with your travel documents, but you give them all your other luggage and the next time you see it will be in your room. After you drop off your luggage you continue back into the parking area, pay at the booth and find a stall.
Then its a very short walk to the terminal building.

While I didn't read all the threads, here is my two sense..
Add more live entertainment, bands in the lounges etc.. and NOT JAZZ and blues bands, how about something for the younger crowds..!!!!!! I wanna get out and shake my groove thing, before I have to resort to the slow ballroom style dancing... LOL...
My wife agrees with the coin operated laundry....
Dress codes in the dinning room, well this is always a touchy subject, but I agree if we are going to have a suggested attire, and rules that state no jeans and shorts, well lets have someone at the door saying... I am sorry you can't read, but how about goin back to your room and replacing the problem attire. otherwise, get rid of the suggested attire and let people where what the want.
I totally agree with closing the dining room doors at 15 minutes after the seating starts... unless its a free style dining.
I am sure I will think of more....
NO I am not bashing, I love RCCL... Just got off the explorer today, and am looking for the next trip.

Anyone know who the Maitre D is currently on the Vista>? and if so, do you happen to know the email for that person?
