  1. I booked an Allure of Seas for September 11. I have paid in full and cannot sign in to complete my cruise documents. They keep telling me I have to wait for an email. I have been on over 20 cruises and have never had this problem. Is this the new norm?

  2. Has anyone had a problem canceling a cruise with the insurance. I have a trip booked for next week and my husband might not be able to cruise. With proper documentation does the insurance pay out without difficulty?

    Getting nervous don't need the hassle if we can't make the cruise.
