Was this done with the cruise line? Do they pick you up from the cruise port?

I'm trying to see which beach is the cheapest to go to from Crown Bay.  How much is taxi fare from Crown Bay to Magen's Bay? or to Sapphire Beach?

Also how much is to Emerald Beach? is this worth going?

I’m staying at Hard Rock before the cruise... on the day of the cruise, I will be using uber/lyft to go to MCO and catching a shuttle to Port Canaveral $15 per person. (Google Port Canaveral shuttle)

“Go Port Canaveral” has it for $15 per person MCO to Port Canaveral.

Anybody has done “St John on your own” or “St John Trunk Bay Beach & Snorkel”?

“St John on your own” do we have to pay for entrance fee and taxi ride to turtle bay?

Trying to cost it out for 2 adults and 1 child. We have our own snorkel gears but is it worth it cost wise just doing St John snorkel excursion? I believe this excursion includes the entrance fee.

 there are two kinds of  kids menu.  the 'free' one is the same as the MDR menu and is for under 6? I believe.   the  other one does have a charge( any where from $10 to half the cost of the adult price,  depending on venue) but is a  version of the adult menu with smaller portions or a less fancy version.  if they eat off the adult menu, they get charged the adult price.  

 

that being said, many times the wait staff will bring you extra dishes to share.. especially in   Giovannis where everything is served family style.

I have never been to a specialty restaurant on a cruise...is it same as main dining where we can order an extra appetizer or an entree? Also, kid’s meals at the specialty restaurants... are the menu same as main dinning or do they have different menus for each specialty restaurants?

Has anyone taken a taxi from Texas City to the port?

Transfer prices are little pricy as well as Enterprise car rental.
