Thanks Marlene -- the family cruises do sound wonderful. I think it will be great for the kids as they get older and are more cognizant of being part of a 2 mom family. Community is always nice.

At this age the convenience of just driving over the bridge and sailing out of SF was just too tempting. And frankly the price was a big motivator.

We really hope there will be some friendly LGBT families and warm straights.

So great to see a thread for the women!

We just booked out 2nd cruise, though first on the Princess Line, today. We are both 34 and taking our 2 children (3 & soon to be 1 yeear) as well as Mother and a Friend. It is the Golden Princess out of SF April 12th.

What is FOD -- friends of dorothy?

It would be nice to have some 2 mama families around for comfort!
