If you stay in P301 I would love to read your review of the cabin as my friend and I will be in P301 on the Oct. 14 sailing of the Grand.

Thanks!
See they changed that from spend $500 get $100 back.
It appears to me to be good for new bookings only.

I found a recommendation for this tour on Pinterest. It sounds interesting but other than 1 review couldn’t find anymore info.

Thank you all for your feedback. After consideration I upgraded to an unobstructed cabin 4045 on deck 4. 😄
PescadoAmarillo I love your blog! Our cruise from Venise to Rome is on Oct. 30, 2019 and I’ve been reading about your Adriatic, Mediterranean adventures on the Pacific Princess and have found your writting to be very helpful for planning and entertaining.

i’m currently booked in an inside cabin on deck 7 but I’m considering changing to an obstructed ocean view cabin so we have some natural light for the 12 day Oct. 30, 2019 sailing. I’m considering cabin 6046 or 6049 and am wondering if anyone has some experience in these cabins and some feedback. Does the cabin have a sofa or a just a chair? Is it noisy.
Thank you

How much does it cost?

Thank you for the info.

it’s been some years since I cruised on a Princess ship that had the International Cafe. Other than drinks are there any additional charges for food there?

I’m considering booking one of these cabins for a 10 day Mexico cruise on the Grand Princess. These both are OV, with porthole, next to the Terrace pool. Hopefully someone will have stayed in one of these cabins and can give me some feedback. Is it noisy?
Thank you

We finally took the Ultimate Ship's Tour in February on the Regal and enjoyed it a lot. Thankfully we had a lot of onboard credit that covered the cost. I made the mistake of going to the passenger services desk after we ate lunch. We ended up on the waitlist. Fortunately, they had enough people to do two groups. We were in the second group, which was nice since we could linger a little longer on the bridge at the end of the tour.
I tried to sign up for the UST on a previous cruise--but it was not offered that time. It was the first time we drove to Fort Lauderdale for a cruise. You'll definitely need room in your luggage to pack the stuff you get after the tour. Thank goodness we drove down in February so that we did not have to worry about overweight luggage.
What kind of swag do you get on the UST?

I found the voyage list.
Thanks
Thanks for posting the list. The good news is our cruise on the Pacific Princess, 10/30/2019, is on the list. It doesn’t look like there is any savings on the cost of the cabin but those OBCs are a nice bonus.

This is an independent tour with Sibenik Walking Tours.

We will be on a cruise that visits this port in November 2019 and I’m considering this walking tour. Any feedback?:)

Yes to me it looks like Princess charges the full price for each individual in the room there by doubling the cost per room. I plan to book a room directly near the Piazza Roma but I’m travelling with some cruise newbies that are interested in the Princess Hotel and transfer package in Venice. They are hoping for a hotel in Venice and not on the mainland where they have to take a train or boat to get into town.

Thank you for the info.

I’ve booked a cruise on the Pacific Princess leaving Oct. 30, 2019. My travelling companions and myself purchased a package with a pre-cruise hotel and transfer from the airport. The only hotel available for this, at this time, is the Crowne Plaza Quarto D’altino. Which is on the mainland close to the airport. As we get closer to our sail date will additional hotels, actually in Venice, be offered?

Thank you all for your responses.
Fishywood, yes I’m aware that the Pacific Princess is a smaller ship. It was one of the reasons we booked this cruise.

I’ve booked a cruise on her in 2019 so I’m doing research and I’ve found that she is a smaller ship and doesn’t have the International Cafe. I have searched this board and can find no mention of the Chef’s Table on this ship.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful photos and story. In the photos above, was the bear casting his nose about to smell the fish or was he anoyed?

Any news from the passengers boarding the Pacific Princess in flooded Venice?

My group is acheduled to board the Pacific Princess 1 year from today. While I’m hoping that nothing like this latestflood event will happen then it’s worth considering a hotel that would be out of the potential flood area. Not sure I could lift my luggage up to my shoulder while wading through water. Does anyone have any recommendations? I ‘m wondering if the hotels near Piazzale Roma are out of the flooded area.
