I submitted two this morning for 2 bookings on March 21 Vision.  No email confirmation yet.

Our cruise was also cancelled (March 21 Vision).  We selected the refund option.  I was expecting an email confirmation, and then a refund in 30 days.  So far no email confirmation.  I think we have to be patient, they must be overwhelmed right now.

portsofstockholm.com and select a range of dates for you'll dock in or around Stockholm, as well as "Expected" (as opposed to "in port". Looks like Getaway on May 23 is S167 Stadsgarden.

How can you tell where the NCL Getaway is docking? We are on the May 16 sailing from Copenhagen and I can't find the docking information anywhere for Stockholm. Are you on the same sailing? Thanks for your help!

We are going on the Getaway in May 2017, and we will be docking at stadsgarden 167.

We are in Eidfjord in July and wanted to do an independent tour. I contacted flat earth (they supply the kayak tours for HAL). We were able to arrange an independent tour with them, but they can't do the same tour as that contracted with HAL.

Only issue is that Eidfjord port has our times in port as 9-3, even though all our paperwork and the HAL site says the time in port is 10-6. That is unfortunate because flat earth has some amazing longer tours that won't fit into a 9-3 schedule. In any case, they are easy to find on the web and were very responsive!
