I gave up on the thought of cruising this winter, and decided to do an AI in Cozumel for the price of a drink pkg.

Well I just started to surf the NCL site on the thought of trying a cruise, but after reading a lot of the posts and a vast amount of complaints regarding all the changes and upcharges I think I'll pass.

Has anyone been tried this RCCL excursion recently.

MIAMI (AP) — A 20-year-old man has died after falling from a mast on a Carnival Cruise Lines ship docked at Miami's port.
Carnival officials said Monday that the man went into a restricted area aboard the Carnival Ecstasy and climbed a forward mast, then fell onto the deck below. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Miami-Dade County police say the man's fall was the equivalent of two decks of the ship.
Police also say there's no evidence of foul play. The man's identity was not immediately released.

As far as an all inclusive for Falmouth, buy a drink package and stay on board. That's what I'll be doing the next time I'm there.
-
That would be fantastic, any chance you could post the email.

Haven't got mine yet, but I don't think we are getting double points it was on someone's wish list.

Same here can't get on when you hit book now button

No double points, just got the 10 points for the this cruise

Just paid $19 last week

Pack a lunch and grab a lawn chair. About as close as your going to get to your wish list. Enjoy

Not all the bars have it, you just have to check around. Had it on the Brilliance in Nov.

They do have Clamato onboard but it's in those small cans, so they have a tendency to mix it with tomato juice to make a ceaser. Now if you find the right bartender you can have it full strength if you know what I mean.

We like the beaches the most but that late in the day kind of ends that thought, was thinking something in the way of a tour of the island but then again daylight might be an issue.

Been to San Juan a few times, done the Forts and walked all over downtown and looking for something different. Any suggestions would be great.

Just was going thru the medjet annual membership I found this statement
Due to the limited medical facilities and testing available on cruise ships, the Member must be admitted to a hospital on shore before scheduling medical transport to another hospital.
So I thinking medjet might not be a good fit for a cruise

Thanks Sue I'll just leave the gear on board and have a beach day.

How's the snorkeling, and where is the best spot for it.
-
It's about a 10 min walk from to the south end of town at Starbucks. If I remember right it was about a $4 pp cab ride, but the walk was nice.

Thanks Carol

Does anyone know what the rate is for parking at the pier, and do they charge 11 days for a 10 day cruise. Thanks
-
Thanks for the info. I just heard from them, and they can't confirm a reservation as they might have an exclusive event on that day.
-
Anyone have a way to contact them for a reservation, had no luck so far.

Carnival Cruise Line plans to resume sailing on Aug. 1, potentially ending the pause in operations that began after coronavirus outbreaks on several ships.
