Emeril's cooking is creole, not cajun. Creole is more of a tomato based food. I'm like you, I prefer cajun over creole. Take a look at the differences and you'll see that Emeril is cooking creole. I cannot explain about the service and food temp though! Sorry you did't enjoy your last meal in NOLA. Great trip review Sir!

It now states on Nachi Cocom's Facebook page that it is limited to 130 people per day. We love Nacho Cocom! We go there when we visit Cozumel by land as well. I was not going to reply to this thread as we were hoping to keep NC as our secret :) Mr. Sancho's is nice as well.

Does anyone know if there are board games or playing cards (not in casino) to use on the Dawn. We have played family games on RCL where the cruise ship provided a ton of different games, but took our own games when we sailed on the Spirit. TIA
